So far this week I have done quite a bit of exercise.
- Monday I did a 30 minute run (3:3 minute intervals) in the morning, a pump class and then a spin class that night.
- Tuesday I did nothing, was planning on walking the dog but it was raining :(.
- Wednesday I ran 40 minutes on the treadmill in the morning and then that night a Power class (cardio and weights).
- Today being Thursday I have done an intense circuit class.
Tomorrow I am doing a run 10 min fast 5 min steady 10 min fast. Saturday a leisurely walk through the Karangahake Gorge, Waihi where I'll hopefully learn some great tips for my photography. Then on Sunday a 30 min steady run. I am feeling very happy with all of my exercise efforts for this week.
Now if only I could get my eating under control!!!
I feel very guilty when I read this, Rachael. I must admit I do not enjoy exercise... I never look forward to it and I am always glad when it is over. Even when I am fit and not too ashamed of my body. I don't mind walking the dogs type exercise, because I feel that is for them not me... I wish I enjoyed it as you do... keep it up!
